The Duck Pond is a constructable building on FarmVille after reaching level 5. It was provided as a present to all farmers on January 12, 2011. It is also available from the market for 28 days between January 11 and February 7, 2011.
It requires 20 each of Watering Cans and Shovels. It is available from the market for 5,000 coins. When bought and placed on the farm, the player receives 50 XP. They themselves can be sold for 250 coins.
Duck Ponds were expandable beginning March 8, 2011; on that date, farmers were again awarded with a free Duck Pond.
