Co-op farming was released on April 2, 2010, and enables farmers to recruit their neighbors to help them complete various jobs. Each job has three different medals that you can gain, depending on how quickly you and your neighbors complete the job. Upon starting a co-op job, you can post to your feed inviting neighbors to help you. Each crop that any member of the co-op seeds and harvests will count toward the job’s total. Completing the job successfully at any reward level will yield coins and XP for all participants, while completing tasks at the Gold level will reward all participants with an additional special reward.

Co-op Farming is the only way to receive the Employee of the Month, Fabulous Foreman and Best of the Rest ribbons.

Co-op Farming is also only available to farmers above level 20.

It is important to note that crops seeded before joining or starting a co-op job will not count towards the job total.
